Your usage and fees begin with the 2009 use year.  My reservation for 2009 is checking in Dec 25, 2009 in unit # 102.  This is a 1bedroom + Loft/2 bathroom unit that sleeps 6.  This week is considered RED (highest demand) by Worldmark or by RCI and is worth 8,000 worldmark credits. NOTE TO WORLDMARK OWNERS: As a Worldmark owner, you can elect in any given year to reserve a week at Schooner Landing and give the use of that week to Worldmark in exchange for 10,000 credits (if you reserve a  2bedroom week during the RED season, fewer if you don't).  Worldmark charges only $35 processing fee per each week exchanged.  And you can use these points to reserve at any worldmark resort, just like your normal Worldmark points.  You can book your week at Schooner 1 year in advance.  Then you have until 1 year AFTER check in to use your exchange credits in Worldmark. That gives you 2 full years to make a reservation.  And since you can book 13 months in advance, you have over 3 years to use them.
