Transfer processing schedule: Please NOTE: Our Transfer Company’s Office, which handles all of the transfer procedures of Section 2 above, is closed on weekends and regularly scheduled Holidays. Please do not send us emails with complaints of not receiving answers to your transfer questions on weekends and/or holidays. 3.1 - They normally invoice on Monday or Tuesday. 3.2 - They normally process information request emails on Wednesday. 3.3 - They normally process the SA & VA after receipt of the information on Thursday or Friday. 4. Payment: 4.1 Preferred Methods of Payment are PayPal, Cashier's Check, or Money Order. They will accept personal checks but they must clear prior to starting the title transfer process. 4.2 Payment in full is due upon invoice unless an exception is made. 5. GUARANTEE: We GUARANTEE clear and marketable title to every property we sell or auction.
