This unit had an ocean view this year, but it can vary.These units are the "A" portion of two bedroom unit, and adequately accommodate up to 4 people. Airline employee faces layoff and must sacrifice. The unit cost about 12,500 initially. THIS PLACE IS DROP DEAD GORGEOUS. Have state of the art exercise room and is convenient to restaurants, shopping center & supermarkets. Nice kitchen, if you are crazy enough to cook!
