The islands are located in the great sweet water of Lake Granada.  The islands are located 15 minutes via boat from the main land of the colonial city of Granada.You can also take a 30 minute ride by car as well and take a 5 minute swim from the main land to get to the islands, thats how convenient it is.  This city is quickly becoming one of the most visited tourist locations in Central America.  The city of Granada has recently exploded with tourism, with visitors coming from all over the world, and also has a large number of foreigners living here.  If desired the islands can have electricity, internet, cable TV, etc. My original plan for these islands was to build a beautiful home/hotel/hostel on the main island, and then build a bridge which connected to the other two islands.  On the other islands my plan was to build a huge swimming pool and a cabana bar and a small restaurant.  As you can see in the pictures, I have almost completed the construction of the sea wall, and now all that is needed is the bridge.  Of course, these were my dreams, but due to unforeseen circumstances in my life I have decided that it is necessary to sell this property, and give somebody else the opportunity to take advantage of this amazing deal.  I can assure you that all of the documentation is legal, to include a complete title history check, and all other necessary procedures have been followed that are required to purchase property in Granada. Im also going to add the original Islands Map as it appears on City Hall and as well a picture taken from above so you can have an idea where the islands are located, in wich they are located in the Hacienda El Rayo.
