Description
This is a approved bidder auction so you must e-mail me with your contact information such as name, and a phone number, so I can get in touch with you if I feel it is necessary. There has been a lot of phony fraudulent user ID’s created by competitors. It’s kind of funny why some of us have to do it this way and some don’t. I guess that’s what happens when your claims are better than the rest. Notice to all new claim sellers----Beware of new user ID’s and e-mail addresses made up with Personal birth names used with vulgar words of other claim sellers. These people usually wait until the last minute of your auction to bid and win the auction just to leave negative feed back on you and at the same time they are trying to get you to believe its either us or another straight up seller because they can’t compete with straight up sellers and their claims don’t compete either. I strongly suggest you have paypal account required on your listing as that somewhat helps to do away with some of them. So if this happens to you remember you have been warned. Now with that out of the way let’s get on to Real Life. Here’s a Chance to own what people only dream about!! This is truly a chance of a lifetime !! This claim is located on one of the Richest Creeks in Northern California. This is a claim that is on proven ground of producing gold. Platinum and silver are also being found in this area. I have some ore specimens here from a lode deposit that he just stumbled on which are showing all signs of gold, silver and platinum, but I have not sent it to the assayer yet. There is without a doubt gold in the creek gravels and the bench gravels. We have dredged and worked our claims in this area for many, many years. This is not a claim filed to just be peddled. We own a few quality claims in this area and this particular claim has not been dredged out, wing dammed or had a dragline bucket working it from end to the other end. This claim is just up stream 3 milesfrom a Patented Mining claim which they did use heavy equipment and trommels on that patented claim as you will see if you go check out the claim. You can drive your vehicle right to this claim and park up on the old road where there is multiple places to set up camp. The creek is within a 100 ft. in most places of the road. There is a couple different ways to get down to the creek which isn’t all that bad. If you go and check out this claim and sample it which you may after written request, so I know just who is and is not there. You will notice some blue and white checkered ribbon on a tree and there is a little path we have made and that will take you right to the creek where the location post with all the legal papers are as you can see in one of the photo’s. The access to this claim is very good considering the area that it is in. This claim was originally laid out to get all the Elliott Creek frontage as possible which is 2640 ft. plus if you consider the curvage of the creek and there is many feeder streams coming in from above this claim bringing down gold into the creek. The old historical Pen Mine is just down stream from this claim. This is an excellent claim and spot to stumble onto a lode deposit while you are out picking and digging on this placer claim in the creek or high up on the benches as he has found quite a few gold bearing quartz veins in this area. There are many Patented mining claims in this area and the government did not patent any claims for any reason unless they were rich in gold and other precious metals. This claim is located in a very rich and historical area. Just over the border in Oregon you can pick up all your supplies and mining equipment you would need as there is no sales tax in Oregon. Just during the construction of the Applegate River dam which is now Applegate Lake they recovered millions of dollars of gold just during the construction of the dam. This claim is just upstream roughly 10 miles by road up stream from the lake. The middle fork Applegate River, Elliott Creek and Carberry Creek are the three main gold producers in this area that deposited the gold into the Applegate Dam construction area. This claim is just roughly 1 mile south of the Oregon border. Quarter ounce to ounce nuggets are not all that uncommon in this area. If you know the history of the area and the creek then you know what I am talking about. He has found some very nice gold on our claims we own there. Being offered is an 160 acre unpatented mining claim on "Elliott Creek" in Siskiyou County California. This claim was laid out originally to get as much creek frontage as possible that I could get. Don’t ever under estimate feeder streams or gulches in rich areas. Alex Creek also runs into Elliott Creek on this claim. This claim actually measures 2640 ft. east to west and 2640 ft. south to north. There are many gold producing gulches running into Elliott Creek above and below this claim bringing down new gold every year. This means you are looking at a lot of virgin gold producing ground. You will also find nice hard pan/hard pack material on this claim which is well known sign of virgin ground. This claim offers exposed bed rock in and out of the river from one end to the other as you can see in the photo’s. The bed rock is well fractured giving you lots of crevaces to work. You will also find iron oxide materials with gold bearing quartz on this claim. You will notice while you are digging, panning, sluicing, or washing up your dredge box the large amounts of black sands. There is a lot of white quartz, rose quartz and sugar quartz on this claim. In the map photo you can see where the road zig-zags through the claim following the creek in the NW corner and throughout the rest of the claim. There are many old rich historical mines around this area. These photo’s are the actual claim. This auction is for the full 160 acre claim known as "Drainage of Gold" The CAMC is 291741. It is just a really good time camping, cooking and dredging on this creek. You will find none better!! There is quite a bit of down firewood in this area for your fires. The town of Ruch, Oregon is just down the road roughly 22or 23 miles for gasoline, groceries and chilled beverages if desired. The creek on this claim in spots runs in a steep down hill grade with exposed bed rock sticking out of the creek from one end to the other. The inside curves where the creek slows down during major snow and rain run off gives you some excellent dredging or high banking ground to be worked. You will notice in a photo or two I have provided some very large boulders that have hung up in certain portions of this creek meaning that during the major floods and run-offs the water current obviously slowed down in these areas giving these boulders a spot to rest and stay. It also means that gold has been given a place to stop and rest in these spots also. I have found that dredging in areas like this in and around and under boulders like these have produced some real nice gold. As you can tell in the photo’s that I have not hit these areas yet. Always use EXTREME CAUTION and be very careful when dredging around large boulders. This is a wonderful area to just explore with a metal detector as one never knows what they might dig up in this area. He’ll probably going to regret selling this claim as he does on many of his claims, especially with finding gold bearing quartz all over this area. There are many, many gold producing tributaries, gulches and run-offs above and below this claim. Now keep in mind this area and this claim are not like most of the claims you see being offered most of the time with a bunch of mumble jumble talking more about themselves instead of the claim where they are located just outside of the big cities where thousands of people have run dredges and turned it over hundreds of times and not having a chance in hell to find virgin bedrock. This part of the country is very low key and pretty secluded where there is very few small towns and residents. Always keep in mind the population of the surrounding areas, towns and cities especially where there is easy access to the rivers and streams where obviously people have been dredging for the last 25 to 30 years. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to figure out how many dredges have been dropped in them rivers. Especially where rivers are large enough to run the old drag line bucket dredges in. That’s not the case up here. Siskiyou County is one of the three northernmost gold producing counties of California. Most of the gold mined in this county has been from placers. This area and this creek will give you some great opportunities of getting good gold and good amounts of it. The new owner of this claim will be quite happy, I’m sure. This is truly a quality claim and located within a very rich and historical area. I am into quality and not quantity. Gold at today’s price is roughly around $885.15 per ounce and platinum is $1,952.50 per ounce and Silver is $16.83 per ounce and keeps fluctuating and is expected to keep climbing if not double their saying. This claim can quite easily pay for itself obviously if a person took a little time and worked it. This is also a claim where a person can come down onto a crack or a crevace and fill up some coffee cans full of gold nuggets, but obviously that can’t be guaranteed, but no amount of gold can be guaranteed in the mining business. It’s all about location, location and known gold and actually performing some work. In this area and on this creek this could quite possibly pay itself off with one crevice. I have found many good paying crevices and pay streaks on and around this creek. You will see my signs nailed in trees along the border of this claim that say; CLAIM, NO MINING, CAMC 291741 and this is also an area where mining claims are well respected. This is truly a GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY for someone that is actually looking for a real quality gold producing claim. "Drainage of Gold", CAMC # 291741 is located and recorded in Siskiyou County. All the paper work is up to date. The new owner will need to file proof of labor for this up coming season on or before September 1st 2009. This claim is also recorded properly with the BLM office. This claim comprises the NW, SW, NE, SE 1/4's of the NE 1/4 in Section 26 in Township 48 N, Range 10 W of the Mt. Diablo meridian. Just walk in the Siskiyou County court house/recording office and look at the gold display they have there of the gold that came from Siskiyou county and this area. That will get your blood pumping and looking for gold. We own quality claims on quality gold producing rivers and creeks such as; Middle Fork Applegate River, Elliott Creek, North Fork, South Fork, East Fork Salmon Rivers, Trinity River, Klamath River, American River, Middle Fork American River, Galice Creek, Illinois River, 40 Mile River in Alaska and the Yuba Rivers. For those of you who do have knowledge on gold producing rivers and creeks this tells you what we’re all about when it comes to claims. These creeks and rivers are without a doubt are some of the richest gold producing creeks/rivers in this country. Some of these claims on the rivers mentioned above may come up for sale on Ebay in the near future. I do feel quite comfortable working my claims along side of other people I have sold to and have become acquaintances with a few of them. I am not some so called mining company or corporation, I am just a miner and have been for over 30 years from Alaska to the deserts. They do not come any better than this. There is exposed bed rock on this claim from one end to the other end making this claim excellent for dredging, high banking, hand sluice, panning, sniping, metal detecting and even dry washing. Some people even do quite well with their old rocker boxes up in here. You’ll spend the rest of your life dredging this claim and so will your grand kids. For the buy it now price of $9,900 I see no reason why you can’t make your money back on this claim easily if you work it. There is going to be no bid war on this claim. $9,900 is the price—first come, first serve. If you actually work this claim with equipment that catches the gold, I believe there is still an outrageous amount of gold left on this claim, but you are talking a lot of work and enjoyment and good times. A lot of the gold that has been laid into place on Elliott Creek, Carberry Creek and the Middle Fork Applegate River is actually from old ancient channels and that is where your real gold comes from. There are still people working some of these old dry creek and river beds. You will find virgin bed rock in this area and on this claim. I have heard from old timers who live in the area of baseball size pieces of quartz just laced full of solid gold. I have gotten some nice nuggets myself off my claims in this area and seen and heard of some much nicer ones also. You will also have a good chance of finding some old coins and antiques. This is one of those areas where there was major gold being produced which drew many old miners to the area, roaming around the mountain side prospecting and sometimes hiding their gold and money in the woods and a lot of times they would die with there stashes still hidden. With the modern mining equipment and technology now days makes it so much easier finding the high paying pay streaks and rich crevaces. I run PRECISION DREDGES which catch large amounts of fine smoke gold/micron minus gold; other people might call this gold dust. Then I run the material out of my dredge over my shaker table which also catches very fine gold and then from there I run it through my amalgamator. By doing it this way I do not waste a lot of time panning it down which gives me more time for dredging and if you did it this same way with the same equipment or equipment equal to mine you will get good quantities of gold just like I do. More dredging time means more gold. He even has head lights on his dredges, so he can dredge in the night-time. I guess he’s got the FEVER wouldn’t you say? On this claim your equipment will be out of sight from the road which always makes it nice. I have found that the people you will see in this area to be quite honest and nice, but you will not see or meet many people. Most people you will see will either be fishermen or hunters or miners. This is an excellent area for hunting and fishing. Their not a bunch of yahoo’s. You would need a California dredging permit to be able to dredge on this claim. The price of a out of state dredge permit is $174.50 per year and a resident dredge permit is $44.25. The dredging season for this creek is from July 1st thru September 30th. It is a class E area. This is also an excellent area for rock hounding, metal detecting, running a sluice, high banking or just panning. You will also find lots of old rusty quartz, old quartz and rose quartz in this area. You may also submit a plan of operation to run heavy equipment with a wash plant of your choice. THIS IS HOW YOU GET TO THE CLAIM: From Grants Pass Oregon you will take 238 East 21 miles to the small town of Ruch. You will turn right on Applegate Road heading towards Applegate Lake and you will go past Applegate Lake to the "T" in the road which is 16 miles from the town of Ruch. You will turn left onto Elliott Creek Road and go 1 mile and the road will turn to dirt. Just after the road turns to dirt you now in California—you just left Oregon. You will see Forestry Sign Road 1050 to your left and you will stay to your left on road 1050. From that point you will go 9 to 9 ½ miles on road 1050 and you will see my sign nailed in the tree. You will know when your there as the road ends from a landslide. You are now on the west side of the claim. The landslide that blocks the road is about 100 ft. in length. Second way to get to the claim is: Coming in this way you will travel along the mountain edge with some steep cliffs in places—just to give you a heads up as some people don’t like steep cliffs and drop offs. There is also a few different ways to get up in there as you will see if you go. To drive to the north side of the claim and come in on the other side of the land slide you will turn off of Applegate Road just past mile marker 9 and you will see a sign that reads Beaver Creek Road, Mt. Ashland, and Dutchman Peak. You will turn left there which is road 20 and is still a good asphalt road. Go 5 ½ miles up road 20 and it will turn into a dirt road. From where you turn off of Applegate Road onto Road 20 you will travel 10.2 miles and you will see a "Y" in the road—stay to the right and that is Road 2015. You will see a sign that reads Maple Dell Gap 7 miles. You will then travel 6.8 miles and you will see another "Y" and you will stay to the left and go 3.3 miles and you will come to a bridge and turn right just before the bridge on an old road to the right and you will go 2 tenths of a mile and you are now on the northern border of the claim. You will see more signs we have hanging there. Once you see our signs you can drive roughly another 1/4 mile following the creek and then you will come to that same land slide blocking the road from the other direction. At that bridge you just turned by to get down to the claim you will see a sign that reads 1065 and 400 underneath it There was an actual legal discovery made on this claim and on all my claims. You are more than welcome to go look around and do some panning and see for yourself. Seeing gold in the pan is believing. It is getting virtually impossible to locate a claim with any quantity of gold that you can actually make some money on. So keep that in mind and get in your rig and go see for yourself. If for some reason you can’t find gold on this claim it is time for you to seriously think of a new hobby such as golf, or stamp collecting as something just ain’t right. On any unpatented mining claim you do NOT own the actual land. You DO however own the mineral rights and the minerals being gold, silver, platinum, or whatever and the right to use as much of the surface of the land that is needed for your mining operation. I see a few people selling claims trying to side talk you, trying to get you to believe that you can build a home on an unpatented mining claim and getting you to think it is real property making you think you can do anything you wish or saying if you don’t understand just e-mail them knowing that most people don’t want to act like they don’t know what they are talking about and hoping they won’t ask. Why can’t they just tell you the truth straight up in type??? They try to make you think you own the land, but that is very un-true. With the proper plan of operation and notice of intent filed you probably will be able to build a storage/tool shed to store your equipment in providing you are actually mining the claim. But I have good reason to believe if you file a plan of operation or notice of intent to build yourself a home on this unpatented mining claim or any unpatented mining claim with easy accessibility BLM/Forest Service is going to deny that request and tell you to pull a RV or travel trailer on said claim for your living quarters. In some cases when you have a very remote claim you can get permission to build a cabin for living quarters. You have the right to stay on the land while you are mining. You do not have to mine 24-7, you can take days off to relax as in any job. A lot of people like to spend the summer on their claim which one can do. You can actually stay on your claim all year if you’re actually working it. Most people stay on their claims in RV's, travel trailers, or wall tents, etc.... You can mine this claim 12 months out of a year, but you can only dredge during dredging season, but you can metal detect, hand sluice, high bank, snipe, pan, dry wash, etc.. If you do wish to use heavy equipment you would have to file a plan of operation and have it approved. You do have the right to hold this claim forever as long as you do the necessary paper work which consists of filing your annual labor form with the county of Siskiyou and performing $125 a year annual labor which is working your claim at least 6-8 hours per year and sending off your $10 fee to BLM along with your small miner waiver form. All these forms will be provided to the new owner. You may also have someone else perform that 6-8 hours for you if you wish. If for some reason you can’t perform your annual labor you can send in a maintenance fee payment form along with $125 and file a notice of intent along with that form for that year and this must be in BLM’s office on or before September 1st or they will not accept it. You might see other sellers telling you different amounts, but that is due to un-experience----Call BLM and they will tell you the prices you just read and the dates you just read. You have the right to sell the claim or subdivide portions if you wish, lease it, will it to anyone, so in other words this can be in your family for many years to come and this is definitely a claim worth owning. They are not accepting applications to patented mining claims at the present time, however this could change at anytime and they may start accepting applications then you would be able to submit an application for a patent and if it was approved meaning that if there is enough valuable minerals present you would get a patent on the claim meaning you would own the land then. Then and only then would you actually own the land on any unpatented mining claim. This claim definitely has gold and good amounts of gold, so it is quite possible that this particular claim would meet the standards unlike many others I have seen being offered. You are more than welcome to go and test this claim, but I do not want any dredges on it as if I end up keeping this claim because the price is not met I want the gold for myself as I don’t give free weekend dredging trips to anyone on valuable rich claims, but you are more than welcome to run a sluice box and do some panning unless I give you permission in writing for anything else. Also it is not dredging season at this time in that location. This is a very high quality serious claim. When you see a listing like you see many stating that a claim is definitely within a mining district that has produced millions of ounces of gold that means absolutely crap. I have been on very rich creeks and just off to one side or the other there will be a creek running with absolutely nothing in it. So you may want to ask these sellers just what makes their claim a quality and historical claim. I just can’t see what makes a claim historical that was just filed on or quality that isn’t producing no gold. I used those 2 words on a claim I sold one time a couple years ago on the East Fork Illinois River in Oregon which was a very rich claim and ever since then these 2 groups of people from down south have used those words in their auctions on every claim they sell. These people have sold so many claims and never once show a dredge or high banker working–not even just sitting in the water–let alone actually working and gone through multiple user ID’s. What’s with that???????? Minimum bid is $9,900 and buy it now price is $9,900. If you wish to buy it for the price of $9,900 now instead of waiting until the end of the auction the payment would have to be received and then I would end the auction. We do not let our auctions end with just a bid. We do that to protect ourselves and our feed back. I usually end my auctions early anyway to avoid last minute fraudulent bids. Once a deal was made between us and payment was sent you would then place a bid on Ebay and once payment was received and cleared then I would end the auction selling the claim to you. This way Ebay gets their fees like always. I reserve the right to end this auction at any time as I have this claim for sale elsewhere other than Ebay. All BLM and County Transfer of Ownership fees will be paid by us----We do not charge you transfer and document fees. All fees and annual labor have been filed and recorded for this year. The new owner will not have to file anything until September 1, 2009. I do not use the buy it now button as I have had people click the button which I suspect to be other claim sellers and then you never hear from them again and my auction ends and then I have to re-list which cost me time and money. Some of these jokers like to win your auction just to leave a phony, fraudulent negative feed back on honest legitimate sellers like ourselves just to make themselves look good under one of their other user ID’s. Once payment is received by money order or cashier check or wire transfer and cleared a deed will be signed and notarized transferring ownership into the new owners name and recorded in the Yreka, California recording office. Along with the deed being mailed to you I will supply all the maps and necessary forms such as; small miner maintenance waiver form, assessment forms and other information you would need to know. I am quite sure you would be very pleased with this claim. Keep in mind that one, two, three and four ounce nuggets are not all that uncommon in Siskiyou County. There have been nuggets weighing in to the pounds taken from this county. I guarantee there is gold on this claim. This is not a bunch of BS. This would be a good claim to get a friend or two too go in with you. You will enjoy many years of dredging and prospecting this wonderful claim. This auction is for pre-approved (by myself) bidders only, so you will have to e-mail me and give me your name and a phone number, so I can add you to my pre-approved bidder list if I feel you are true bidder. I do this just to make sure you fully understand what your bidding on or buying and that you are a true bidder and not someone trying to ruin my auction or feed back like certain other claim sellers have tried to do. No offense, but that’s the way it has to be now days. So sit down and scratch your head and think about what you just read and I hope your pan turns yellow on this claim or any other claim you may end up with. That’s what it’s all about. Please do not ask a question that is already answered in this auction as I am very busy mining. Please read the whole auction. It is a lengthy auction and the answer to your question is probably in it if you look and that is the best map I can provide you. With the directions I have given the claim can be easily found. He is out prospecting and mining his claims year round and I like to read all e-mails questions to him before answering. He is out of phone range sometimes, but checks in with me, so it may take a day or two to get your answer, but you will get answered. I need your name and phone # if you like a answer to your question My feed back shows You can bid/buy with confidence!!! You are dealing with a real miner/prospector here!!! You can buy this claim at anytime throughout this auction for the price of $9,900 by contacting us through e-mail. First come, First serve. About us at Luckyshotau999 We go after quality claims and NOT quantity of claims to be sold. We also don’t make up a fancy company names and take computer classes just to look professional. We are miners—not computer geeks. Even though we have many, many years of experience from Alaska to Arizona we do not try to tell you we have over 100 years of experience and we’re the best. The truth of the matter is that these people who say these things have never even owned a claim until then end of 2003-beginning 2004 and some up until just a few months ago. This is proven by BLM & public county documents. If anyone tries to tell you this have them furnish you a recorded document dating back to when they say or a stamped BLM document like all location notices are. We have watched these people locate on designated wilderness areas, road corridors, dams, parking lots, power turbo plants and still claim to know what their doing. California BLM can verify this for you if you ask or any other state BLM. On Jul-19-08 at 18:33:52 PDT, seller added the following information: On Oct-05-08 at 11:08:30 PDT, seller added the following informa All fees and annual labor have been filed and recorded for this year. The new owner will not have to file anything until September 1, 2009.
